I personally think this is a bad idea and would get into the hands of the wrong people not the people that deserve it.
For all the bot makers:

To enter guardian aura send "guardian" The receive data is "guardian",UserID,aura(usually true since the send is only guardian)

We don't exactly have guardians except showpath,atilla,and meredith1999 who hacked the system,although they have not done any real damage. (atilla gacve he other 2 the power ofc)

The only thing I wouldn't like if Atilla/Meredith became a guardian, is hacking to give it to their friends. If guardian turns out to actually have any benefit to them, I'm sure they will anyway.

I don't feel like reading the replies in entirety but from my understanding most people dislike the idea of guardians. Why? Guardians are a fantastic idea to involve the community and to prevent further abuse of EE. I see absolutely no problem unless immature or malicious people are chosen to be guardians.

I dont either. Lets look at this in a retrospective way. Most every success has some downfall, some failure. I say we try out this "Guardian" concept and then refine it as we go. At the begging we dont give them access to /ban, /kick, or edit access, and we see how they react to a little bit of power and then add more power.

As of your post, the number of the former will increase and the latter will decrease.

I'm only slightly worried about the guardians abusing their power. It's not that big of a deal, and it would actually be quite refreshing to play a game without being irritated by immature players.
However, I am more concerned with the fact that instead of doing the obvious to improve the game (fixing bugs/adding new features), the administrators are sinking to micro-managing. EE already has a dwindling community. As said before, I think it's better to educate before execute. If any players do get banned, what are these bans grounded on? Sometimes people have a bad day and say something they don't mean, does that mean they're going to be banned forever? Will there be a warning system, or just instant bans? There is very little, if any, information available about how this system will work.
I'm all for a better community, but simply banning people isn't the way to go.

I'd also hate it if guardians could get past /visible false like atilla and meredith1999 , that completely takes away the point of the command.It's there 4 a reason.
