Since i made a few blocks, i was going to share it with the world.

PACKS:
Zone Pack:
No building zone block: protects your levels from trolls and takes the building interface from players when they enter the zone! with permissions option, you can let people build! and its troll-protected. so when you troll in that zone, you get kicked.
Build zone block: just like the block above, except its reversed.
Gods Only zone block: Do you want people who have the code enter your secret hideout? the same thing happens with this block. (wall without code, not a wall with code)
Friends zone only block: let your friends Enter your house with this block!
Mods and Admins only block: Make a metting place only for mods and admins (and you) with this block!

Neon pack:

Bubble Pack:
Bubble Block: Do you like bubbles? Then Try To land on it 8 blocks or more tall! it will pop!(even while hitting it from below)
Anti Bubble Bomb: The second most strongest bubble. it can protect players from Bubble Bombs. and can only pop while landing on it from 20 blocks high. and wont effect when hitting it from the bottom.
Bubble Spawner: Spawns a random Bubble Block and floats up to three block high.
Sand Bubble: When you pop it,   random sand block will come out of it and fall to the ground.
Troll Bubble: WARNING! When you pop it, The bubble "trolls" (YOU WILL GET KICKED THE LEVEL!!!!! SO USE IT WITH CAUTION!!)
Camoflouge Bubble: Dont try to pop it. when you get close to it, the bubble disappears.
Mystery bubble: a random bubble each time you place this. it will have a random effect when you pop it.
Bomb Bubble: WATCH OUT! when you pop it, it pushes any players in the area (4 blocks) 6 blocks away.
Smiley changer bubble: Changes your smiley to a random smiley when popped.
Sticky Bubble: It sticks the Player to the bubble.
Vaccum Bubble: When you pop it, It pulls any blocks and players in the area (10 blocks) To the popped bubble
No Effect Bubble: The most powerful Bubble of all, It wont pop. (like a normal block)
Pulloted Bubble: when you pop it, The Player who popped it will have their smiley turn brown. then in 5 seconds their smiley turns normal.

Needs more detail/shading but they're okay.

Although the shading and looks aren't great, the idea of letting you decide which people get into a zone is great! I will support this.
+rep, and i try to make it better looks.
Only one last question.. shouldn't those bubbles be circular?

maybe if there is a survival mode the bubbles would be good for that, because bubbles would kind of ruin the game

Very nice idea's but can you make the sprites a little bit better?

Zone pack is a great idea but it needs shading also, you should make it look more like a block
