It's a ghost/skeleton. I'm not sure what to call it. (just because we have a ghost doesn't mean I still can't make it)

I think that what Minimania meant is that you should use a different format for your pictures, correctly the images you made have a JPG format, which makes the compression quite high, therefore makes some of the data get lost, resulting with those unneeded, "dirty" pixels around the picture.
Basically, use PNG for pictures such a those, and GIF preferably for animations, and don't ever, EVER use JPG.
