Dunno what to call this

How about a block, where if you stand on it, it slows you down, but you can jump an extra block higher? And a vice versa one, you move much faster but just one block lower. What do you think?

Hmmm.. kinda like sticky and ice blocks, but with the jump and movements inverted.

To complicated
but srsly,   for me it sounds just sounds like a combined block, wich can result in thousnads of results... (but I like your choice)

I don't know what slow - jump higher would be called but the other one - Swift Block
