Look in levels with "Candy" in their name.

The one way platforms are for beta only but they come in the candy pack (which is stupid). So if your not beta then you are not allowed them yet.

You have to be beta, in case u didnt notice (you were looking all over huh?) its right next to the lobby in the news section and says its beta only.
