All the Shortcuts, Hotkeys & Commands Ingame!

General
M - Minimap
I - Inspect

Movement
Up or W - move up
Down or S - move down
Left or A - move left
Right or D - move right
Space - Jump

Building
1,2...0 - The numbers correspond with the numbers in the quickbar. Click here to see how. Clicking while holding a number adds it to the quickbar.
Ctrl or Shift -   Select the first brick in the quickbar.
Shift Click - Selects brick and adds to quickbar
G - Godmode.
Tab - See all the blocks.
Ctrl + F - block search
B - Opens block menu while pressed

Chat
Shift - See the chat bubbles and the names while moving.
Shift + i - hides chat bubbles
Shift + u - hides names
T or Enter - Pop up the chatbar.
Tab - autocomplete a username/command
/clearchat - clears chat
/pm <name> <message> – messages people
backspace - replies to last PM
/help [command] - shows all commands or how to use a specific command

Player management
/respawnall
/giveedit <name>
/removeedit <name>
/kick <name> [reason]
/kickguests
/kill <name>
/killall
/teleport <x> <y> [name]

I don't really think this is really important, but it could be useful for people who have a somewhat bad memory or if new commands come in some update.

I disagree. I've been playing this game for a while now and I've never heard about tab, t or ctrl. Useful to newbies, too.

I didn't know that we can see people's chats with shift, even with non-betas, if possible.

^You can only view it if you have chat.

^No, but there should be. Maybe pressing Y, for "You".

I don't see why M would be mod mode, it's already map.

The minimap shortcut was added more recently.

He went to his profile, most likely by pressing profile on top. From there he went to display and turned it off under "Display of reputation"
