Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Tried to make it hard and a bit unique. Not yet done. All tested and possible.
Fourth challenge is the hardest so far but is possible! :O
Very good for your "first level." I would suggest getting rid of the hooks for the gameplay. Also, if you plan on ever creating a larger, longer level i would suggest "actual" art compared to sprites such as smileys and flowers. After all, i would rather have crappy legit art than the best smileys.

I'm saving for the "Great Saved World", once I get that I will take your advice and make the whole world look like one big picture. I was experimenting with Mario theme art and plan on making challenges around the "pictures".
I also took out the second set of hook jumps and replaced it with a different challenge. I do like at least one hook jump in a level though if the level is supposed to be hard...
Thanks for the advice UgotPwned.

I'm impressed at your first level; most of these minigames are far better than the experienced players can make.
I stopped at this room, though:
I prefer games that take still rather than patience. :]
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

Love the face.
C'mon I gave you the safety so you don't have to repeat it if you fail on the top one...
EDIT:
All hooks have been replaced.

Is the last part really possible?
verry good for your first level!
very good for your first level, the minis are verging between noob and pro, (do not use stairs ever) the art isn't the best and its sprite art, be free when making art! don't just copy something up pixel by pixel! maybe follow bees art tutorial, on the forums and on youtube! but the minis have to be a tiny bit harder to be a proper amateur pro (if that makes sense)
but very good for your first level! you past all my first level expectations! your on the right track!
As other said, not bad for a first level. The first few challenges appeared a bit nooby but they got better, pretty fun overall. And I found a nice pro spot, try to get there
