I honestly don't see the point of being in the crew if you are just going to be "absent". It's unfair to other if you are just going to make an excuse to stay in the crew while being absent. It should only count if your grounded or on vacation, where you can't post on the forums anyways. Thuggish, you can still post and you are still here. So you either stay with us and work or get out.
