Bans in EEU already exist in the form of removing someone's access permanently if they start making trouble. Other mod actions we can currently take include clearing worlds or certain parts of worlds, changing names, or changing world titles.
You're probably wondering about a report system and a temporary ban feature, in which case, that would have to be coded in. No deadline for that, right now.
