Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

A lot of people who catch this disease start having trouble breathing and thus need breathing devices (or whatever is the appropriate term in English).
This devices are very few in comparison with how many people get infected, way too few.
I think you're exaggerating.
On record, a majority of the infected people (roughly 80%) developed only minor symptoms from COVID-19. Theoretically, there might be even more, it's just that they never bothered going to the hospital because their symptoms are so mild. If the situation were as you described it, the death percentage would surely be a lot higher than 6%.
Still, though, it's not a disease to be taken for granted. Italy is in such awful shape precisely because they underestimated the virus, and instead of treating it when there were only a couple dozen cases, they now have thousands to deal with.
Point is, be careful; wash your hands and avoid social interaction for a while, but try not to lose your mind over it either.
How long will it take me to get banned again?

Indeed there are people who are carriers and are completely asymptomatic which even fly off the statistics as nobody checked them in the first place.
Also Minimania, the opinion is my own, if you're implying that someone else formulated before then I am absolutely unaware regarding that.

Then I'll safely dismiss it as false, for now, seeing as there does not appear to be any correlation between people who dismiss climate change and people who dismiss the coronavirus.
Even if you want to go purely based off of generalizations alone, and leave statistics and citation out of this, older people seem to care less about climate change than younger generations, and yet it's older people who are more at risk than younger people are.

RIP my Easter holiday to Prague. CZ just closed its borders to a bunch of countries including the UK.
Hope I get my refunds.

Minimania, an opinion cannot be tagged as true or false. An opinion is a viewpoint open for discussion.
I frankly don't know what you're talking about. I haven't stated the correlation you're referring to in any of my posts.
I did not say that the group of those who believe / undermine coronavirus is the same as the one who believe / undermine climate-change.
I mildly said that the framework of mentality, the arguments of the both sides, in the big picture, is very similar between these two problems.

We only have three cases confirmed in my state but it's a small world and one of my relatives is in quarantine because they attended a conference with one of the dudes who had it (although they might not have it themself). IMO The worst part isn't the virus itself, but how people basically want to go out and lynch the infected, and are happy to be vocal about it with their death threats.

I'm really concerned about what the virus can cause to our population if it arrives. Even through some measures have been taken, it's still not taken as something serious.
No event closures, no efficient detection methods, everyone is still obligated to work, public administration is obligated to go to marches. I deal with people who believe that we are more than capable of dealing with the virus because of the way most of us live, and I disagree. I believe that makes it worse. I was even made fun of for being "scared", but I have the right to.
I consider myself sane, but I don't know in the slightest what could happen to me if I'm hit by the virus. And I know people who are young, but live in terrible conditions, which I believe can die because of it.

What if the Coronavirus never existed?

The virus exists as two separate strains, I think that justifies 2 separate topics.

Our city is practically in total lockdown mode, spreading like hot cakes because idiots are too lazy to just cover their mouths for 0.01s

My country have all schools open, and will not close anyone. The weird part from the news was "don't panic buy stuff". Still there is no toilet paper or hand sanitizer or soap.

Yeah I just got an email that classes will be online for at least the rest of March for me. I just hope everyone has internet because that'll suck for the people who don't. You can't learn jack from an online class you can't attend.
