Excoluss is reported

There's that user named excoluss. As its name says, he does nothing but luss at my implementation of [ExcoDig] ON. He/She has its own implementation of [ExcoDig] ON but it's exactly like Windows 10: claims to be better, but it's too much bloated. Please ban him/her.

Sorry but what does 'to luss' mean? All I can find is that it's an acronym for Lancaster University Speleological Society in the UK, it's a village in Scotland and that it's a way to love someone as a friend from urban dictionary.
