First off all, that rule has nothing to do with the actual world itself.
I dont even know why that rule is even there.
Secondly, we had to change the world, so it ended up in a different crew,
Thirdly, answer to my claims. I have proof you cheated. Start speaking.

i was you on my world and then you was saying im cheater?
No. I saw you deleting blocks that halted my proggress, then they werent there an hour later. Youre breaking a rule by editing a submited world.
And when i told you about it, Razz1212 told me TOOP edited it.
Im pretty sure thats breaking the rules.

Why does the deadline keep changing?

There is a buffer time until the end of today for late submissions/edits due to the laggy nature of EE currently. This has been the one and only deadline change.
This can also allow for teams to make minor edits before judging begins. Several teams have already been given the green light to do so when they asked via PM.
The reason I allow this is because there has only been approximately half the amount of submitted worlds as last time, and I would prefer these worlds to be as refined as possible.

This, Luka504, does not mean that they have cheated. It also does not mean you can use that screenshot "incriminate TOOP" for cheating, especially since I didn't even edit a single contest world.
The edits and exceptions made to the rules are not for me to play favorites and hand out prizes to whichever team I want, and not to be used to fuel your allegation that I'm somehow corrupt and playing favorites. Quite the opposite is true, I've extended the deadline and allowed edits to worlds so that everyone, even you, can refine your level. I did this to attempt to correct the bad timing of the contest corresponding to the lag of Everybody Edits.

It is against my interests to have a sub-par corrupt contest. I haven't hosted many contests, and I make mistakes, as any individual would. By refining my methods each time, by analyzing what went right, want went wrong, I can build a formula that is generally agreeable, that is my goal. You can see this by simply looking at the main topic for this contest. More specific guidelines, better judging criteria and rubrics. It's even mandatory now that all results are shared, more incentive for better judging, and thus better results.

I care about the community, and I want to make contests better for everyone.

When do u get to vote?

I'm hoping to have the judging done before next Tuesday, though there is no set deadline since judging may take a longer or shorter amount of time then predicted. When judging is done I will make a post to both topics and open voting.

I would love to make minor edits, like at least filling in the rest of my world with fully black blocks, but I didn't have trouble submitting my world so I thought I had to submit on the 9th like everyone else.

My world wasn't done in time for the original deadline, so I thought it was over for me and I never worked on the level these past few days. So was I right, or did I just lose a second chance to get the level submitted?

idk he said that it was a buffer for "submission" not for building, then he said right after that the deadline was reached anyway

The obvios assumption with their wording was that you can't edit, so there was no reason to consider PMing them.
