At Echo, I'm not crazy about the idea, and also this is gonna be constantly updated, so every time I update this, that means you'll have to update your link/embed.

It Was Just A Suggestion.. I heard you wanted more views.. so i though i put up the offer.. but in that case okay :-)But I would still like to advertise either way but.. eh..
I Also think something like this should be in game..where you make your own smiley then pay like 2000 energy or something for it..

More ideas:
Save to shop in EE always be 500 energy
Color changer
Image mover (you DRAG the image in image box.)
Animation maker (Make it as a movie or somthing!)
Background (You could load a background by screenshot!)
Grid (you could have grid to drag image and grid!)
Clear everything button (Erases EVERYTHING but smily normal.)
Print picture
Name of smily (Put name for smily and it could put the name to shop! and description)
Gem for free! (by making a awesome smily!)
Load image (Load a image to make it funny!)
Energy image
Gem image
God putter (If you wanna make your player god mode press god smily!)
Smily no grid (Want no grid for your smily? click No smily grid button!)
Add all of my ideas please!

Fixed the color picker in the new version.
Also, all of the shop/gem ideas are simply impossible, unless Chris likes my idea a lot(that be awesome though).

The below smiley was made using this version:

UPDATES-
-Partial redesign=awesome.
-Added save functionality.
-Added keyboard shortcuts (Arrowkeys, and I think maybe numbers 1-8)
-Fixed Color Picker

Also, could a mod rename this thread, and get rid of "(IDEA)"

At Echo, I wasn't talking to you when I said that it was very unlikely.

Updated again. I was too lazy to change the ver number, but there's not much different.

Coin doors were added, and I also added a grid.

Really? I'll look into it. I had problems closing the help window in flash, since the flash application was stealing the keyboard listener, and changing tools instead

At MnM, imageshack works fine for me. Does your file have the '.png' extension attached?

For the mediafire link it says only the owner can view that file. please fix. And I used your program on the swf thingy to make some of my own smilies and bricks. Made sure the give you credit for the program:D

Mediafire link shows an empty folder.

And please don't force the easy-share download, due to the highly commercial nature you're essentially advertising for them on here and we don't allow that on these forums.

If you want to use them, please provide another mirror site. Or I could provide hosting for the SWF.

Ok. Mediafire should be working now. About that being advertising, does that mean I can't ask people to use easy-share instead of mediafire?

And it would be great if you could provide hosting for the swf, although this may be updated quite frequently.

Smileys not found an cannot be uploaded to imageshack.

Like I said before, I love it, but you should add open doors and closed gates, I'm making different colored doors, gates and keys and I really need those.

EDIT: Up to now, I've only made yellow things by paint, and then I got the idea of doing them by your Smiley designer. When I post the ones made by the Smiley Designer, I'll add that they were made by the smiley designer, don't worry bout that
