Daily energy bonus is mostly useless

I have ~500 max energy and when I log off and come back on the next day it's completely refilled (500/500), then on top of that I am supposed to get the +200 daily bonus but I don't receive it because my energy is full. Sure maybe the energy didn't fully refill and it was like 400/500 when I logged on and part of the bonus is added to it to make it full but the rest is still useless. Same with campaign rewards that give +X energy.
Perhaps make it so energy can go past the max amount with the daily bonuses and campaign rewards? And to make it more balanced the energy when above the max would "drain" down to the max amount at the rate it usually regenerates (1 energy per 2:30 minutes)

I have 711 energy which if I play just before sleeping and just after I wake up my energy isn't filled up and the bonus is useful

Yeah but not everyone has 711 energy and as I said usually larger part of campaign prize/daily bonus is wasted.

Access EE more than once a day?
It shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to spend energy.
I know that's what I did when my total energy was low.

Daily Energy rewards should exceed the limit, but timed refills shouldn't.

Hm?

You have "~500 max energy" and you are wondering how to get "the +200 daily bonus".
500-200=300; 300x2.5 min.=750 min.; 750 min./60=12.5 hrs; don't sleep more than 12.5 hours.

Well having a high max energy is almost useless, but this daily energy thing makes it a bit less useless, which is why I like it the way it is.

I see what you mean, but no, 12.5 hours is not enough (if I count in school time and other stuff I have to do, which I (sorry) didn't name in the original post). Ok my 500 max energy wasn't the best example to prove my point, but you know what I mean? Most players (especially newbies) have 300-400 max energy, and the daily thing is useless to them, I know it's much more useful for people that have 500+ max, but.. hell what's so bad about simply making it able to go past the max amount to avoid energy from the bonuses being wasted?

The daily reward is useful.
Logon once you wake up (or a few hours after or whatever) and spend energy, only spend energy. Do your daily activities, whether it be school or whatever you pEEople like to do. Come back, and spend energy again. Before you go to sleep, spend energy.

My alt account has 536 energy and I only get on it once a day to spend energy, and when I come back from sleeping, AND school, I don't even have max (507 when I'm posting this)

I have 858 energy so this isn't a problem for me at all. I like the daily bonus.

I thought of that too, but eventually that will destroy the purpose of spending energy on it (which is what we're trying to get, right)

It's nice to have it for me, because I am able to fill up my energy faster and spend it on my crew. Also waiting for 2k worth of energy to fill up takes too long..
