Welcome to EE CM, where permission doesn't exist, I'm guessing.

So, this is an alternate Everybody Edits client. And it uses my graphics. Without my permission. And Krock is the administrator of it. And the regular devs can't do anything about it.

Sooooo, how exactly do I nail him for this?

Short of reporting him to the cyber police I don't think there's much to be done.

You might try reporting him to his hosting provider but there's no guarantee they'll give a crap, especially if your images aren't copyrighted in any way.

Krock is a very rude person, and yes, I know it by cause he was rude to me. His remake sucks, he almost never updated their game, and he never ever talks about their remake. He never wants to play the game itself (He's online everyday in their IRC Channel), and never want to hear people to give you ideas for the game. He stole not only yours graphics and stole Toop of graphics too

he wasn't rude to me when he offered me via yt pm's to put my tutorial about coincollector on his website
Although now that it doesn't work im getting dislikes (like i care).

Okay, I re-registered my account here to settle this problem.

The source from where I got this texture was an older EE remake called Blocking Blocks, where capasha, Ultrabass and Meredith1999 and me were working on.
I did not know anything about the real source/creator of this texture, also I honestly didn't expect this/any reaction.

I will upload a new, edited swf version of EE CM's client if you wish to have them removed from that game.
The texture is nice, so I'd appreciate it when you allow me to use them instead of removing.

PS: For future troubles: I'm reachable in the NIMG forums (can be found in the menu bar) and on the IRC channel.
