I think there's a little something called constructive criticism that you haven't yet been introduced to. Welcome to the cruel world.

I like them, but I agree that they look a bit realistic for EE. I like the Halloween pack, but we already have a pumpkin (3 if you count the contest smilies.)

however, your work is grade A bullsheet, but you don't know that because everyone keeps telling you nice things

now imagine you working in a different office, where people will tell you nice comments AND comments about how to change that bullsheet of yours
instead of crying alone in a corner, you change it
that grade A bullsheet is now grade A office papers that got you recognized by the CEO, who made you a manager in no time

which would you take?
