abusive in any way:
Yes, it says Everybody Edits team, but look at all the ways this can be abusive! Surely you find it abusive, if none of these reasons are abusive, then all "illegal" bots (such as bombing bots) should be allowed!

Well then, look at this:

Digbot is abusive, generating a world could run over art, and you could dig out peoples art (using ores/dirt/grass)
Snakebot is abusive, you could troll without anybody knowing who trolled
Block pusher is abusive, you could push people's art out of the way

Bans are abusive, you could ban people for no reason and kick them
Admins are abusive, you can admin as many as you want and the admins can troll/kick/ban or whatever

CONNECTING can be abusive, you can connect 2000 accounts if you wanted.

I know you may not agree, but just think. I may use whatever you say against you if you want to have a reasonable "conversation".

The staff evaluaters which bots are considered abusive , not you.
also i doubt that they would so anything but warn you (unless you continue with a bot they don't like)

Abusive bots would be like crashing worlds, exploiting magic, stalking, stuff like that.

Difference with those things you listed is that they require edit access from THE OWNER. Bombing doesn't need that access unless implemented, thing you can't understand.

To be honest I counted the day while this bombing was active. It had resist more than I bet...
The admin / mod who didn't ban it before owe me $3, you can repay by gems...

Pretty sure every member of the EE staff currently uses, or has used a bomb bot. Why would any of us ban someone for that?
