So what you're saying is that they made a blog post, and it wasn't enough. A BLOG POST didn't satisfy them. Hm...

No, let me explain.   Sony didn't contact their users in a way that they knew about it.   It's not like they told thier customers to keep in touch with thier blog.
The thing that makes it different is the fact, many casual customers don't even know about the blog, where in our case (EE) while many (assuming most) know about the blog.   There are other alts to the "BLOG" idea anyways, stated below.

The point I am trying to make is maybe including updates to armor games in EE's blog (since it was used to be linked), or use the ingame popup (News) button for it.   Something I just thought up of is sending a newsletter out.   Not everyone, however is signed up, or sending an email to everyone regardless (not sure if that is poss/legal) though.

So then chris needs to ask armor games if they can do something about the transfering process.

You denying (STILL) that chris can do nothing, is shocking.

Um, when did I deny that Chris can't do anything? I specifically said that Chris DID do something, but Armor Games refused to help.

Also, when Playstation Networks was down (i have a PSP and i caught that period unfortunately), after they fixed it, they rewarded everyone with 3 free games from which the users were supposed to pick 1, as a sorry gift.

Now, think about this, the guilt is distributed to more people: the hackers, for attacking PSN and the PSN team, for not making a better security for their servers in the first place. And they reward us with a sorry gift with some games, made by some game developing studios, even if they had nothing to do with this

This situation is extremely similar with our situation, but, with chris, its way worse:

1) He hasnt even made an oficial announcement, we only have some discussions between he and another user!
Dont get me wrong, nou is very nice to help, and we really appreciate that, but chris is the one that is supposed to make the announcements, of course, if he had some balls to do so!

2) PSN gave the users a sorry-reward after it got back up, a thing that i'm shure chris is never going to do in this life!

3) The only person worse than any noob and anyone else is Krazyman50, a total retard in my opinion! He lost all the tiny respect he ever had from me or anyone from the armorgames comunity! Here is the reason! Dude, if you have a problem, keep it to yourself; noone gives a f**k of ur stupid problems with this website! Do you see me insulting your favourite flash gaming websites for no f***ing reason? HELL NO! You made me more angry than the whole thing about AG EE being down!

Ok, for petes sake. You guys sound like drugges (you guys) who had there drugs (EE) taken away by a warlord. (Chris) Its a game. I think i have to agree with D-rock2308's post. You should just wait, with all the updates Chris is probably gonna get around to AG's later. I did get a laugh out of reading this though, like i really love the game i play it 5-8 hours a day. But, when it goes down on kongregate we just wait for to to come back, It always will. (I hope) Those are my feelings. Also lately, all were doing is hating on the game, when the mods are at least alive. Because, i've seen them in levels (Chris) and i've seen all their updates. I think you guys should relax a tad and enjoy your EPIC game. Though i can understand why you would be mad. thx...

I think that's a slight bit of an over reaction. Sure Krazy DID say that the AG version was the least popular and that no one would help get it back, and granted it is the least popular, but a lot of people still play on it. We like to play EE. Also some of our friends that play on everybodyedits.com or Kongregate might help us. We just have to be patient.

Minimania it's not that easy. Anyway, Armor Games is better than Nonoba, many have said so. We can't just sign up somewhere else; we'll lose all of our stuff. I had bought some of mine, for example the Big Spender, the classics, chat and Beta. Armor Games is a great site. I'm sorry, but I'm minus repping you for being so damn annoying.

First let me say that you guys should really create alternate accounts JUST IN CASE Armor Games never allows Chris to fix the problem. I know it would suck to start over, but, if you start now, you'll have less to catch up on.

I repeat: Chris DID make an official announcement! He replaced the entire Armor Games version of the game with a screen that explicitly states he's aware of the problem and working to fix it. That's the most official way possible!

Oh poor you, needing some extra time to acquire some pixels. How do you know Chris won't compensate for the lost time? You didn't even give him a chance yet.

Try e-mailing armor games since it's their problem mainly.

And as many accounts as there are on armor games, it wouldn't be as simple as just moving one like Master1 did.

As far as I looked into Armor games, There is only 1 post about it in their forums and it seems no one has even contacted the owner by e-mail.

I really don't understand why some users are taking offense to my post. I'm not histerical in the least.

Still no word from Chris. I started a new thread on AG and sent an email to the Head of Games.

That's all I'm doing. Honestly, to try this hard to even get an answer about what's going on is above and beyond what I should be expected to do as a user of EE.

Dude, chill. Warned for flaming. I also can't help point out the hypocrisy in you saying "if you have a problem, keep it to yourself" and then going on a rant about your beef with Krazyman.

Here's what a proper response should look like:
-Hack occurs
-Offending bits are shut down in response to prevent further damage (taking EE offline via AG)
-The developers come out with an official statement that goes something like, "The login security at AG was vulnerable. We pulled the game off their site until it can be fixed. Unfortunately, the responsibility is theirs to fix the security issue. ETA of the fix is _______. Thanks for your loyalty, and sorry for the disruption."   (That blank could be filled with a time, or even "unknown, because the vulnerabilities are still being identified", etc). It would be nice if that message or a link to it was put in place of the game on AG's site, but even on the blog would have been good enough.
-As new information arises, updates occur. Those of us who are waiting have some idea what's going on--from an official source. Or even have an idea of whether our money is lost for good, and we should just give up on the whole thing.
-Eventually, hopefully, the AG site comes back up. Ideally, those who are inconvenienced get some sort of bonus for their trouble and for staying loyal despite everything.

An alternative would be to give up on AG and do a manual transfer of accounts from AG to everybodyedits.com . I'm sure this would be a non-zero amount of work, but after a point it becomes clear that AG either isn't working on the issue or is dragging its feet, and Chris needs to own responsibility for this.

What we got was:
-Hack occurs

-No official word. Hearsay abounds.
-Some forum moderators chat with Chris and get some vague information, which they post. This is considered 'official' (though it is really unofficial and unverifiable), but no FAQ is made available, no questions are really addressed, and we're basically left in the dark regarding ETA of any fix.

The point is, if you accept money from people for a product, there is some obligation to provide that product. In this case, Chris accepted money in exchange for access to an account and gameplay. He has an obligation to provide access to an account and gameplay.

If that obligation isn't being met, he should at least let us know why. Directly. Honestly. Transparently.

That hasn't happened for over a month. Still isn't happening. And that's why we're ****.

WELL, EXCUSE ME SIR FOR TRYING TO BE HONEST AT THREE IN THE MORNING!!

Anyway, you can agree that it is kind of unfair for players that play EE on Armor Games
But saying "Thanks to the creators of EE for not allowing us to transfer our accounts" isn't smart. It would kind of be a bit hard to make, and I am sure it could easily be abused. And a boycott would not be necessary.
P.S. Chris is lazy and doesn't check his e-mail or the older blog posts much, so don't expect any replies from him.
