Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

These "boss to code" worlds have been taking over lately.
I don't like this especially because of the actual levels that are FEATURED and they should be deserved to stay on top.
What is so interesting about them? Every world just gets filled up absolutely if there's the word "free edit/code" or "boss to edit/code" on it.

Yeah true. It usually happens when I am searching a world to play.
But it happens because in these worlds people feel almost free, and they can do or draw almost what they want without being stopped or warned.
My nickname in-game is Supermariobros20. I have played EE for 4 years! I love creating Super Mario worlds!

I think there are too many "easy to hard" levels, that's all I see in the lobby. And usually peoples minis for 'hard' are hookjumps and single pixel block jumps. I've also seen water and mud hooks, and they are not pretty

Edit is eye candy. 5-year-olds will definitely click on anything that has "edit" in it.
From my experience, I found edit worlds (or code is xxxx worlds actually because edit didn't exist back then) fun because they allowed me to make art and show off my skill at the same time. Also, I didn't have to wait to buy my own world.
It could be the fact that it takes a while to buy a world that is putting players off making their own world, and instead make them want to go to these edit worlds.

What I don't understand is offering edit in a world where there is no room to edit, unless it's for the sake of being a boss.
I don't mind boss to codes, but all these free edit worlds... Like, you can just get your own worlds.
i love going into a nub world and making some creepy face and watching everyone fly to my area of the world and question their existence on everybody edits

Yeah but they take a while to buy. Plus, it's harder to get your art noticed that way.

I think another reason "free edit" and "Code is XXXX" etc type worlds are popular is because people are already in the world
I certainly don't want to open up one of my worlds if it's just going to be empty. I'd rather make stuff in a world where's there's other people.
I think this is the mindset of many players.

I, too, have this mindset. I like just screwing around in a world along with a bunch of other players. Reminds me a bit of when I was in MX Crew.

Noobs likes copying worlds.
If the lobby is flooded with pro worlds, noobs will try to copy it.
If the lobby is flooded with stairs, noobs will try to copy it.
If the lobby is flooded with FNAF worlds, noobs will try to copy it.
Very reasonable.
This is a false statement.

I mean, the game is called Everybody Edits, it makes sense that some people would want to join worlds where they (and everybody) can edit.

Show me what you mean by creepy face, in paint.
EDIT: On topic - Two types of people visit "free edit; code - art" worlds:
1. People who love getting their art trolled. Putting the time and effort in something just to see it destroyed later. It's some form of masochism.
2. People who love trolling the art of #1.
I believe a big percentage of EE players suffer from masochism, thus making such worlds very populated. Thank God this is true, because otherwise I wouldn't find a pleasure in the game, aside from Shift, other bot based levels and good art/minis worlds in general (which are rare).
Fart.

I don't think masochism is as common as you think, especially in EE's playerbase. Clearly, the players just don't expect their art to be trolled, OR they feel like they can take the risk because they feel assured that the owner will load the level if it gets trolled.

If you don't like what the noobs do, here's a solution:
Do not be so strict to let them enter your crew, let they join it. Then be friendly with them to make them stay active, teach them how to make good worlds and show how nice is it, starting by original, easy and funny minis. Soon they will be making nice worlds and the lobby won't flooded by repetitive worlds. Why? Because you showed them how nice is making these types of world and they started to make their own.
This is a false statement.
