Idea for next Halloween

Lol I know it's a little late.
But how about next year, on Halloween,
banned people such as BLACKLYE and such will faintly float around through levels with at least 20 people in them, appearing and disappearing.

Like little ghost smileys.
And once in a while, they randomly say something in the chat like

BLACKLYE: Oooohhh...

And if you touch one, you earn the smiley which will stay in your smiley thing forever.

Just a little idea.
