Blocks That Create Strobe Effects

Now we probably all know that has a strobe effect by now. But did you know and have one too? That's right. Anything bright and striped or checker-boarded produces a strobe effect.

I found this out a while ago.

The new Jail cells also make a strobe effect.

I think something from the prison pack does it aswell. Know both the stuff from carnival does but not the other.
