can't get gems =(

i'm wondering if something weird happened but i payed for 110 gems (10$) and its been like 4 days and i still haven't gotten beta has this happened to anyone else?

im got the same problem with 33 gems superrewards was bugging :S

You paid for it with a credit card? Double check that the card was actually charged, its possible the payment didnt go through and would need to be reprocessed.
