I think the chance should be bumped up AT LEAST 5%.

It's starting to get nearly impossible to even get a magic coin for me.

Yeah i do agree the chances need to be altered, it's great having so much energy but I would like to be rewarded with the ultimate prize of the wizard smiley.

I have got 27 magic coins now which have consisted of 3 +15's, 7 +10's, 7 + 2's & 10 + 1's. Honestly, how many do i need to get until i strike it lucky with the wizard?

I do think it is time a new smiley was added to the magic coin system with a low percentage chance of getting it and the wizards percentage chance made easier. I do hope the wizard wont be removed though after a while, specially when certain people have tried very hard to get it whilst others got it very early on.

It also seems quite difficult to get the magic coins these days too, ok i know i have had quite a lot but recently i have had nothing. I still do think what smiley you are using plays a factor as most of my coins were from beta smilies and more recently the new XD one.
