Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

At least it soon will be.
It's pretty much an offline version of Everybody Edits, (or at least as close as it can get). It's still a little buggy.
The physics are off. Notably, elevators don't work 100% of the time. I'm working on it.
G - toggle god mode.
Arrow Keys and WASD - Movement
Spacebar - Jumping
Mouse Button - create blocks
Q&E - switch between blocks
Z&C - switch between smilies

what does it do?
it was just white, nothing there =.

So this is for building levels without being annoyed?
Try it out. Right now you can just move around, and "create" levels and stuff. I'm going to try to make it so people can upload pictures of smileys and bricks, to easily create mock up screen shots, for their graphic designs.
And I'm going to see if I can make it so you can load/save levels, or at least have it remember where you last left off.

I don't really like it much (it works now)
does it even let others play in the level??

Its offline only.
It's a cool concept, but there are a lot of things to be changed. Maybe you could make it so that you could scroll through blocks more efficiently. But other than that and saving stuff, great job!

Can you hack it to change the appearance of some of the blocks like darkday did for rpgmaster's glass pack?
EDIT: Took out first question.
Looks great! For me, I don't care about the physics because it looks real and that's what matters in graphics designing.

it is cool

Make a minimap! And it is online cuz i saw bricks down the level, make it like you can goto worlds that people made, or a mode that everyone is invisable for concentrating.
I think that its good. '
BUT
There should be a minimap, if thats possible... and as drock said, maybe a way for people to switch blocks easier.

It is offline. Those are put there by default. They are always there. If you erase them, reload and they're there again.

I'm already liking this offline idea, having all smileys, blah, blah, blah. Sometimes not having people barge into your level is awesome.

LOL, did you even realize you are quoting darkday? LOL

Yeah, I know I'm quoting darkday. who else would I be quoting? He made the topic XD.
EDIT: But can you change the blocks? That would make this invaluable in mock-ups.

isn't there already one of these oh wait there is

I'm well aware of Aslai's Animator, but this tool has a different purpose. It's for "playing EE" offline, as well as making it easier for graphic designers to create mockups (that functionality isn't here right now but will be coming soon).
oh yea i forgot you couldnt play a guy in that oh well lol
What about a minimap?
So can you edit the appearance of blocks easily?

I dont know.
Awsome where can I download it?!
And don't forget to update it.
It's good but you need to fix the bugs:
You can go off the screen
You can put any kind of block on the borders
If you put an "invisible" (I mean a decorative or one you can pass through) block on a border and you fall there without god mode you go off the screen
I hate repeating myself, makes it seem like I'm nagging. Can you change the appearances of blocks, or could you add a block editor?

-proper UI
-Option to save as .sav so it is compatible with animator
Otherwise not the best tool ever
