Weird message: Explaination?

Weird message, if you can't see it then blame my crappy computer.
* SYSTEM: master20290 is no more.
"Is no more" is a message i've certainly never seen before, and it isn't like the kicked message.
Please help explain this, i do suspect this means what it says...
