OK! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

Me and my frined have been working on our easter level. we get a chunk of it done, it will not let us save. i leave come back and "save it" we continue to work, only to leave and find out that all the work was gone.

Couple minutes later I come back save it, and the problem is still happening. I Am so mad right now....
We Want to know what is happening.

Yea we just lost some progress as well. If you're working on a complicated thing, take screenshots and save them so you can copy them again later on in case of crashes.

Considering the servers have become pretty bad again, I'd recommend doing this.

I posted this in another topic:

I believe you guys are talking about a save bug that i have been experiencing as well. After a while i press save and the save button it freezes at the saving part. HOWEVER unlike "The Curse of the Eternal Save" glitch this does not save forever but simply doesn't save at all. To remedy this keep someone in the map and leave. Then renter the room and save. Hope this helps!

Thugg, I would .like to know if YOU are the one saving. If so, does you save button get stuck at "saving"? If you aren't the one saving then the person may not have noticed that the button freezed and not have told you. If so then that confirms my idea that there is a save bug associated with the current crashes of the game.

Prevention: Due to the fact that I save like every minute I have not lost more than 100 bricks at a time.

I'm sorry that happened. My advice is to save it like every 5 secs. I constantly worry about servers crashing so I save like all the time. So most of the time when it does crash I lose very minimal work.

I do this as well but it gets very tedious saving every 2 minuts or so because I get out of my map making zone.

You also can't change your face or make blocks, right? Here's what you do next time:

? Don't click a million buttons because each time you click something it adds it to the virtual to-do list.
? Wait patiently.
? Don't close the window, it'll take 5-10 minutes to save it. Just wait.
? Don't open any new tabs or anything, it'll just make the process slower.

You must kick everybody and joi in your level again. Problem solved. But your level will not be saved

I have had this happen several times, what happens is that the level splits in two for no apparent reason and one is the "old" version and one is the "real" version. You can still edit the "old" version, but when you save, it wont save it.

The only way I have found to counter this is every time you save, screenshot too then go back to lobby and reenter to make sure it saved, if not, then copy it over.
