How to make a group. And what is reputation?

I'm new to the forums ( I've been playing for a about a year) and i see different groups. How to make a group?

1.Just go to this topic:here. 2. Reputation is a number that shows how good a form user you are. But it's just a number.

Just make a post about it in the "Groups" section.

Reputation just shows who is   nice and who isn't. - rep is bad.

*sigh* you announce it, have people sign up, and then it's a group.
Reputation is something that allows people to give voice out to others to tell them how they feel. You can view your rep by clicking here. You can disable it anytime you want, too. Give rep to players by clicking a + to add rep , or - to subtract it. Yes, you can go into negatives. For example, if you clicked here, give a reason and submitted it, you wold add rep to D-Rock. Nuff sed.
