Previously you could move a tiny bit to the left and right.
Now it looks you can't do that anymore, but that's not true.
If you make that hole for yourself and start moving to the left and right you see that your name moves

Ah, you're right. Although your smiley doesn't budge, your username still moves to the left and right when concealed.

Fixed that for you. There's nothing difficult about holding the jump button and nudging left and right, it's just tedious.
