I am getting bored over the "X" smileys. We need some newly formatted smileys added. I do realize that the Fire Wizard was just implemented into the game but it is only obtainable through Magic Coins.

Brand new smilies will of course be hitting the energy shop soon enough, we just felt that both XP and XD were both hotly requested and two staple smileys that eventually had to make it to the game at some point.

And just out of curiosity, how is chris allowed to use them let alone charge for the ones in beta? Surely facebook has copyright...?

You think Facebook, or anyone for that matter, can copyright a smiley face? If someone could copyright smiley faces (which are almost as common as water), we'd all be paying royalties every time we decided to say : D or : P. These are staple smileys.

Jad, you can't copyright text. But you can copyright original graphics. And I'm sure Facebook has copyrighted every little graphic on their website.
