Is this a bannable offense?

I see Jobhoekstra in some guy named Spinza's world. I say, "I love you," to Jobhoekstra.

Spinza bans me for the following reason: "I don't like gays, bud."

This is obviously discrimination based on sexuality.

I go back in the room to call him out on it. I ask him why he would ban me for such a reason, and I get another hateful message.

Surely this is a bannable offense. He won't let me play his level because he thinks I'm gay. He's sexually discriminating against me, and it makes me angry that he hasn't been banned yet for his prejudice.

1) Are you gay? My curiosity is killing me.
2) He can kick you for whatever he wants "because there are no rules for EE". Even though   it may not be right, you have control over what goes on in your room.
