Nurse smiley

I saw the nurse smiley in the shot and the red cross is a little off to the right.     Is that the way it was supposed to be or is it a graphic bug?     A centered cross would look cool if you can do it.

I actually wrestled with this a lot when making it. Since the smilies are 16x16, a centered line of pixels doesn't exist, so centering the cross would make it look stretched out by 1 pixel making it look really strange. Offsetting the cross was on purpose.
