Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

So how do you make your worlds? Do you take time to plan them on paper, or do you just make it up as you go along? Either way i wannaknow !
i make it up as i go. or plan it in my head... but i dont need paper.

^ That. I really have no time to draw it on paper,i just use my imagination :3 ~Thats how i made my sig ~
Rough outline (a LOT of trial and error on this part), color, minigames.
The outline is pretty much like the foundation for the entire level.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

I usually get a idea.Find a picture similar to it,and just start doing the art(there can be more then 1 photos). After that I shade it,add minis and release it.

I start drawing something in an empty world and build from there.
I don't usually complete any of the levels I make and if I do complete them I just hide them. :/
My new level i planned about 25% of it on paper, and the rest is coming as i go
I just stare at the screen, then it is done
Really depends on the level, and how creative I feel. For one level - which is yet to be released - If I didn't do it on paper it would have failed, because of the complexity of the art. But other more simple concepts just edit the outline, then art, then minis.
I generally don't, but when I do, I just make it as I go along. Once in a while I'll have an idea in my head beforehand.
I hate tall signatures.
