This. I have always wanted a unique name color. Now I can both have something cool and support the only gaming forums I've ever cared about. I think it's a good idea.

I don't like having ' - Donator title.' as part of the tag though - kinda annoying and I don't think it needs to be added on mine which just states my username, maybe it could be '[DT] SQUADFS' at the least.

We're not donating to the game. We're not even donating to the forum.

We're donating to someone who is trying her hardest to keep these forums alive, and in doing so has racked up a large bill that she needs to pay.

We take advantage of these forums and don't think about who's supporting them, so the least we can do is help out.

Obviously if you don't want to, don't donate just because you feel obligated to.

But don't discourage others from donating, and think about the person behind the screen who runs these forums just so you two can give your two cents about anything and everything.

Be respectful.

Even if the game and forum were to knowingly disappear I would still donate because the bill still has to be paid - Thank you for running the forums, the least we can do is help pay the costs.

Well, I did just donate for the name color, but I agree it is ridiculous for a single person to shell out $100ish dollars plus their time and energy for a forum, when there are many active users who don't do a thing. If there is anything the community can do to help we should. We all utilize the forum, so why shouldn't we take care of it too?

Can't we just pre-specify the rank names and colors? this will get so confusing, oh and by the way. you are selling something here. this is not donating if you give something back, with all its consequences (like having to register a shop or how you call it in english)...

By the way, this is a very neat idea! It certainly gives the incentive to donate.
