[Release] Chip - eelvl, pmlvl embedding in Discord
Chip is a Discord bot that will embed .eelvl, eelvls and pmlvl files.

Setup:
1. Invite Chip using this link. Chip requires a very minimal amount of permissions.
2. Set embeds to be allowed in channel using /config embeds <channel> true
3. Done, enjoy the embeds.
Chip is currently hosted by me. 24/7 service is expected but not guaranteed.
Issues / Extra features / suggestions:
Suggestions are always welcome. Just leave a message here, or message me on Discord / these forums.
Same holds for any issues you might find.

Chip is currently down due to a (kinda) unforeseen situation. Basically, my device that hosts the bot has been powered down, and there is nobody to power it back up
The situation has been resolved.
In other news. I made some changes and EEPM files are now being correctly parsed (fixing minimap issues). As soon as Chip is online again I will push the update.
