No offense, but isn't this setup broken by all the loafs + mafia forcing a no-lynch and killing all the town? asking for a friend

At first, loaf aren’t the town’s enemy, so I think they will help. And they will also pretend as town and lynch someone, so the setup is not broken.

First of all that should be discussed in the main topic, and second of all yes, loaf is not enemy, but also loaf is not friend. They are neutral at first.
