Bubble action tool

It allow the player to move freely (like in a group of dots) for a determined by builder period of time, after that time, the bubble pops and you fall.
If you jump while the bubble still having time, it pops and you jump instead of falling.
The player moves freely while in the bubble to whichever direction wanted.
