[Useful] How am I going to solve this?

I don't like to just destroy it, please, but I created this anime forum that already developed the languages but I had English and Portuguese, Spanish.

I'm moving with calculations or px like margin and border, padding, etc. I was developed with problems, but I am writing errors and solving, but does anyone know which program can help me as they do?

Moved to Off-Topic, you had the right idea but Bots and Programming is specifically for EE-related bots and EE-related programming.

As far as your problem. You should really look up an HTML tutorial. Your code is so confused I can't even tell what you're attempting to do. If you're trying to make a link, links are done like this:
