Hate speech?
Why is there no rule regarding hate speech, such as posting propaganda (for you-know-what) or using racial slurs?
I think that propaganda should be met with at least 9 points, because who does like it?

I can see the confusion, "Be nice" sounds like it's on an individual level, whereas hate speech can be generally offensive without being targeted specifically at anyone.
