How thin would be smileys by side view if those were 3D?

Imagine the smiley graphic collapsing itself to its center.
1D:
The smiley in 1D would collapce in its Y coordinate, converting itself in a single line.

All the graphic and colors are collapsed there, the smiley still there, but as a single and infinitely thin line in the Y axis.
(Remove X axis)

0D:
The smiley in 0D would collapce in its X and Y coordinate, converting itself in a single dot.

All the graphic and colors are collapsed there, the smiley still there, but as a single infinitely small dot in the very center of the smiley.

All the smileys of different dimensions are trapped in their own dimensions, they can´t exist in other´s smiley´s dimensions. (It is possible, but this post refers if the smileys were really in dimensions, literally in different dimensions, if so then they wouldn´t coexist in the same dimension.)

isnt a line still considered 2D because it has tickness? same for 0D the dot has tickness so there hsould be atleast some form of 2D
