EEU | Global switches delay & Chat bug

There is a really weird delay when someones activates a global switch while in another browser tab, and there's no way players can avoid this. This could break too much systems or just make the gameplay slow and bored.

To make sure this isn't a ping problem, i did the same but changing the tab, then the swtich activated inmediately.

▼Lag is not the cause

Chat bug: Everybody should know this fastidious bug. If you stay a long time in EEU, opening/closing the chat starts to stuck the game for a while, i dont know if this is caused by the amount of portals or visual zones, but this needs to be fixed.

took me long tpo see it was witch 1 that was laggy aff lol yes needs fix
