wait so if im a student an a yandere loves meo do i know thier perosnality? and do i need to kill/kick them still? do yanderes get an PT?

you don't know your yandere if you are loved, you just know that you are loved by someone. You do need to kick/kill them to win. Yanderes do not get a PT. They are 2 separate killers with 2 separate wincons.

That's why I was saying that the sensei must reveal the classes at the beginning in order for this to work. If the sensei tells everyone the classes, the yanderes will not kill their own classmates because it will give the other yandere the advantage. So, the yanderes will only shoot at the people in the other classes.

Here's what the classes look like if BOTH yandere and BOTH senpais are still alive, though.
Class A:
- Yandere A
- B's senpai
Class B:
- Yandere B
- A's senpai
Independent:
- Teacher

Yandere A has not won because A's senpai is not the only person alive in class B. Yandere B has not won because B's senpai is not the only person alive in class A. If the town NL'd, then the Yandere's must do some combination of shooting each other or shooting the other Yandere's senpai.

Edit: I just realized NL'ing still only gives town a 25% shot at winning so nevermind (50% shot of one yandere winning, 25% shot of both winning). Carry on.
