The episode aired a few days ago on TLC's "My 600-lb Life" featuring Xenonetix and another woman, Jenny.
In this episode they are both from the UK and were previously on a similar show in the UK called "Supersize Vs Superskinny" which aired on Channel 4.

The episode ends with a message indicating that they haven't lost any weight but they said they would continue the diet, not through choice of their own, but rather for the same reason the episode abruptly ended. The episodes were filmed right around December which is when the coronavirus outbreak occurred. Now they have no other choice but to risk their lives (a huge percentage of Italy's COVID-19 patients who died were obese) in order to eat the tons of food they normally do. A new episode will be released after the crisis ends which will go over how they fared, they are currently recording their experiences on their own devices which is why Xenonetix hasn't been on lately. He told another person that he didn't want to be seen crying on camera, so it took a few days for him to get the footage, which is why his reply to Luke's topic took so long.

Well it's not exactly a secret that a lot of members in this community has a dislike of Xenonetix. So it wouldn't be far off to assume it could be photoshop mixed with slander.
