We have decided to make the end of 2010 as fun as possible for all the Everbody Edits players out there by announcing the very first Everbody Edits Event ever! If you feel that you've got what it takes to reap the grand prize, then by all means, sign up!

And the theme of this contest is... NEW YEARS EVE 2011!

What this means is that the level MUST be revolve around New Years Eve 2011, or else it will not qualify for this contest. Once the contest ends 31 december, we will open up votes so that the users and players can vote for their favorite level based on originality, design and fun factor. So take your best shots and make the single most epic Everybody Edits level ever made!

PRIZES:

1st place: 1000 max energy to every player in the winning team!

2nd place: 500 max energy to every player in the winning team!

3rd place: 250 max energy to every player in the winning team!

TIMEFRAME:

23 - 25 december: Enter your teams! (Signing your team MUST be in this topic)

25 - 31 december: Create your levels!

1 - 7 january: The voting begins!

RULES:

- You MUST sign up your team before the 25th of december, or else you will not qualify for the contest.

- Only 5 creators per team at most. You are however free to be only one creator, if you wish to do so.

- The completed map MUST be New Years-themed or else it will be disqualified.

- Being in more than 1 team is NOT allowed.

- Animated/autobuilded/imported levels will instantly be disqualified.

- Make sure that you're making the level on a world that can be accessed by non-betas as well.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to post them in this topic as well as entering your team. We in the Everybody Edits staff are thrilled to see what kinds of creative levels you guys can come up with during this following week and we hope that this is an experience that will reward you guys just as much as it rewards us giving you this opportunity.

I'm sorry i was being stupid and couldn't sign up for the contest correctly.

You were put on the list as a single player.   Do you still want to compete as a single player?   If not, I am sure there are some other people who would like to work with you in order to compete in the contest.

Everyone gets to submit their maps in a separate topic that will created close to the deadline.

Nope, you can name your level pretty much whatever you want. It is preferable to make it New Years related though.

Hey guys,
I just registered here and I was hoping someone would allow me in there team. I have a great idea and I am very sure that everyone will like it.
Why you should add me;
I am a good leader and have lots of initiative. I want to get it done and I want to win.
I am quite the artist and have lots of creativity.
I already have an idea that could be easily added to anybody else's.
What may be my problems;
I don't have beta, no chat. However we can always do it over this sites PM system.

Team MINICUBE (run by me, Katelyn) has all four spaces open for budding designers and collaborators for this event and possibly for creating levels after that and participating in future events to come (hopefully.)
