Pqwerty, the best move for white is  "E3 -> E4"
you could also do C3 -> C4 but black is able to fork knight at D2, making sort of an exchange
Don't even think about castle whites king  because black will find a way to threaten Bishop at B5

in dutch we mistly use the firstt letter of the piece to indicat ethat pce goes there (except for the pawns) that is P for the knight (paard (we call it aan horse in the dutch)) L for the bishop (loper) T for rock (toren (a tower)) D for queen (dame (or sometimes it gets caalled queen aswell)) K for king (koning) for short castle (what white coudl do now) we wrtie 0-0 or O-O for the logn castle (what balck COULDVE done if they didnt move that king away for thier startign white pice) we write 0-0-0 or O-O-O we use an X if we capeture an piece that is there so if there was a piece on A6 and pqwerty wouldve capetured it i wouldve wrote La6x we also use # for standing in chess but tis not commonly used i think i  havent been aroudn with writing the game much mianly becuase i don tplay with the good old people and i don twant becuase im not that good in chess and i dont wanna lose 90% of the time XD

i would suggest moving the rook to b8 to threaten the bishop/protect the rook if they move their bishop to c6 (we'd be in check and unable to protect it)
