How can I access my everybody edits account again?

Hey, I'm michael47 from everybody edits (and named myself that on the forums too) not sure if any of y'all remember me from a long time ago, but I last logged in to EE back in November, and since then (I've kept trying like a few times a month or so) I suddenly can't login at all... sort of.

It acknowledges that I've logged in when I type my user/password in but it just stays forever stuck on the loading screen and I can't do anything, it doesn't even take me to the lobby. If I go in as a guest however, it let's me in just fine, can play levels and all. My big concern would be did something happen to my account when I was away? Did someone hack into it and get me banned? Or is this just some bug that can be fixed? I really want to be able to log back into my account once again. If someone did hack me and get me banned is there any mod (or similar) that'll be able to help with this?

I should also mention that when I first tried to come back online again my same password wasn't working no more and Idk why... I had to go to my email and change it and what not which is how I even got as far as the "stuck" loading screen now.

Any help will be very appreciated, I'm really hoping my account wasn't deleted/banned or something. So much time was put into it and some money (for things like beta and old bricks).

EDIT: Just tried multiple devices too and I still am just stuck on that loading screen...

A few months back the game did get hacked so maybe that can have effect. If you send a pm to xenonetix he can help you with getting back your account.

For the loadscreen problem, you probably have to ask a staff to clear your favorite list.

I just tried to message him and it told me "This user has Private Messaging disabled." How else could I possibly contact him? Or fix my account?

Also, hey 2b! It's been awhile since we last talked, hoping I'll be able to get my account up and running again soon. There's a lot of new campaigns I see I need to catch up on now.

I don't know a different way to contact him other than meeting him in-game and asking him. You can also use Jesse's unfavriator tool that Growler put up and if it still doesn't work you can try and contact Lukem

(Suuuper delayed response over 3 months later now...)

So, I've attempted to email the whole the staff (still haven't heard anything back from them yet, how long do they usually take to respond on average?), the unfavirator link is broken now apparently, so I still haven't tried that out yet, and when I tried to message LukeM it looks like they also have their PMs disabled... do I just play the waiting game with my email to staff at this point? Is there maybe another link I can try with the unfavirator? Or am I gonna have to contact staff about the unfavirator tool now as well? (Apologies for so many questions ;-;)

oh and EDIT: forgot to mention, that I've tried using microsoft edge, google chrome, firefox, all of those to log back in and none of them are working yet still.

(Also, I really hope this delayed post doesn't cause any trouble cuz I was noticing something about "gravedigging" under the box I was typing in, this post is just supposed to be a fresh update on how the progress has (or hasn't I should say) been going with attempting to get my account back)

Hi, when did you send the email? I wouldn't expect it to take more than a week or maybe two if we're a bit behind, if it's longer than that I guess Xenonetix must have missed it. Did you try to PM me here? I don't have PMs disabled, but it's possible that there's some restriction in place preventing newish forum members from sending PMs.

As for the unfavourite tool, it wasn't made by us so we can't really fix it, I believe a couple people might have made alternatives but not sure if they're still working. If not, your best bet is to get in contact with Xenonetix as he's currently the one who can fix these sorts of things, I'll let him know you've sent an email.

Oh hi! As of now, doesn't sound like it's been very long yet, but the email I sent was sent over 3 days ago (to [email protected], hoping that was the right email still)
It was on here that I tried to PM you, and I also tried to PM Xenonetix through a PM on here, but it gave me the same "This user has Private Messaging disabled." message for both. Should I make a new email and send it to just Xenonetix? (and if so, what would be the email I'm sending to?) Or should I wait a bit longer with the current email I sent?

I haven't been able to find any alternate unfavourite tool yet still, so unless there is another one around that I can find, it sounds like I might just contact Xenonetix.

EDIT: Oh, well didn't notice what Different55 said until a few seconds ago, should I take this conversation to PMs now then?

That's the correct email address, yes. Not sure where the other unfavourite tools were but they're probably out of date anyway, so email is still probably the easiest way to get this sort of thing done.

I mentioned it to Xeno and he said he's been pretty busy recently, so hasn't been able to respond to emails for the last few days, he said he'll try to catch up as soon as possible though.

Hey, I'm back again, just wanted to say it's been about a month and a half now and I still haven't heard anything back from my email. Did the staff get my email? (I did notice a little typo when I re-read my email i sent, I accidently said november "2017" when I meant to say "2018" was my last successful login) I also recently noticed adobe is dying in a little over a year from now, and that EE universe will be releasing soon, so is the old EE just dead now? If it is, I really hope my almost 8-year old account is still in tact, and that it'll just be moved over to EE universe when it releases.

You need to have beta and you have to opt in to have your account moved to EEU

try contactign them again and if ur beta you couldve opted in to get acces to the closed beta form EEU give the staff feedback on early acces form EEU and get a few of oyur stuff tranfered into EEU crruncey's

If you mean having the beta blocks/skins then yeah I am beta, but I don't think I did that opting in thing for the new eeu game yet. Is it to late to do that now still & possibly transfer my account over?

And @2B55B5G TNG yeah that would be very helpful if you could get their attention, especially xeno, since that's who I'm assuming is the only one that can help this issue (according to what I heard from past posts anyways)
