The last time that I was online on my main EE account was, unfortunately, on March 23, 2019, the day of the security breach. I recently tried to join back in, but my password was changed. I tried resetting my password, but I never received that password redemption email for some reason. I'd like to regain my original account before Adobe is deleted and EE is gone. Please help!

make sure you have acces to the emial frrom your main accooutn and use that too let PIO send you an emial for chaning your pass if nothing works try contactign [email protected] or PM xenonetix/lukem on the forums (owner/actvie good dev )

I had a previous post about this problem, and I tried what was suggested to me by PEACE and it did not work. So I basically just gave up and started using my trash alt. However, starting today my alt stopped working as well and I can't seem to create a new account. In other words, I have absolutely no access to the EE game whatsoever. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!
Edit: Also, I tried logging in as a guest and it also doesn't let me it. I am so confused

I guess it's also important about whom you contacted and how. If I were you, I would contact every member of staff through every medium (but make sure to clarify that last time you contacted staff you got no reply, and you're sorry if this is a bit excessive, but you wanted to make sure they actually received the message). LukeM and Xenonetix are also on the forums a fair amount, so keeping this topic alive may help. This may fit better in Bug Reports too. Though if it is a bug is kinda shaky, I'd wager that the staff check there more than here, and this is a problem for them to solve after all.
