how am i supposed to gain access to an ee acount i lost

i make account in like 2011
it got hacked
i maked new account like a year later
i lose access to email i useded for 2011 account
how do i get access to it please help i'm begging you

If you send an email to [email protected] with the account username, email address and a short summary of the problem then Xeno can take you through the process of restoring your account

give everythguing you knwo form that acc aswell infot to make sure its your acc and youre nto thst hacker (things like IP coudld work ) xeno can find it and maby find the email you canuse either that email to chnage the pass if you forgot or ask to chnage the email if tis a fak eone
