I don't really care to win, so I'll just contribute my thoughts for the collective:

For anyone that doesn't know, you need to use morse code, you need to complete a tinyurl link, and the first letter is E. The fact that the first image is rotated makes me think you will need to ROT decipher the second image.

The 90 degrees clockwise rotation of the first image may or may not play a part in that. I went ahead and tried to link the images to an imgur account, but they seem to have been uploaded without the use of one if I looked correctly. The decrypted text may be base-64, but I'm not so sure since I don't see anything outside of numbers and letters.

in morse:
"(d/s)ueot tegiaetn o" from one side rotated by 90 degrees (only interpretation)
"o ateniwet toed(u/s)" from the other side rotated by 90 degrees in the other way (only interpretation)
of course idk if i read it correctly
(M/N)EG I (G/W) and some dots and lines from top to down idk it's quite croocked

of course someone would translate it in the other way, but for me, interwals between next dots and dashes in letters varies
it could not be morse too

tried with wav, mp3, mpeg and images jpg, jpeg, png, bmp
it's looks too small for one of them
