Chris has succeeded, MrShoe has terribly failed, Nou has succeeded in the beginning, NVD question mark and now Megalamb.

Do you really think the rework is going to save anything?
- The game’s population is already so low. So, either people are waiting for EEU without coming online on EE, or the game has already met its demise.

How is the rework going to save the game?
- Pretty much nothing is going to change besides playing on a smoother client and a few newer features added. I fail to see how that is enough to revive anything, and much less how that is enough to bring hundreds and thousands of players.

Can you communicate with the community?
- I’ve already said this a lot of times. **** your patreons and give us some actual leaks. It’s important to keep the hype up. All we see right now is SoonTm with the smiley to accentuate the swagger-jaeger. It’s depressing to know every single members of the staff were once part of the community plebians. You aren’t professionals, and you have failed to even act like it in the past months.

Be honest.
- Again, this comes with communication, stop lying to the community and give us a definite honest time. Remember the game is the community, it’s not you.

I’m getting tired of being disappointed over and over again and getting some half-assed excuses for the last 7 years. I’d rather have Xenonetix answer this topic than having Lukem do his job all the time.

The fact that all current worlds will be gone from EEU, will also push as a demotivation for older players.
The current administration is simply dishonest or is dream-drunk regarding funding, progress, and greatness of EEU.

I will wait patiently for Xenonetix and other staffs to announce that EEU will be finished, no matter how long. I think they can succeed, because I watch Joshua's videos almost every week, I can see that they actually working for it. How will EEU do after release, it's up to staff and community, if it goes well, it is slowly gonna be 2012 EE, where it's way fun to play with many people, maybe I will meet my old friends again if they see that EE is revived, probably.

Let's just wait and see how will this turn out.

I think advertising can and will bring more players. The hard part is retaining them, and we can’t judge that until the beta comes out.

ByteArray’s videos are kinda like leaks. You want reassurances but you don’t want half-assed excuses - see the problem there? If there’s no good news to give then you won’t get any news, and it’s in nobody’s best interests for them to announce bad news.

Maybe it’ll be released on 5/7/2057. How many more “game is dead” threads do we need?

showing leaks are way better than waiting for getting EE unity from NVD, where nobody leaked what does unity looks like, might because Joshua wasn't staff at that time. No leaks or something like that loses my optimism of EE.

Honestly, I've reached the point where I just don't give a **** what happens to EE or EEU anymore.

I'll probably play EEU on the day that it comes out just to see what it's like, maybe go through the first batch of campaigns that'll be available, and then I'll just leave the game because there won't much else to do. From what I've seen, EEU is pretty bare bones, it'll maybe have the same amount of content EE had in 2011-2012.

Most people will likely stop playing within the week, and EEU will still regularly have about 20 people online a day. If the playerbase manages to grow to the point where there will always be something to do, cool, but I genuinely doubt that will happen.

Ehh, I get the impression that a lot of the opening days of EEU will be dominated by people just building new worlds and testing out the new physics. I think how long that phase will last will depend on how many entirely new features debut with it.
