Eurovision 2019

The Eurovision Song Contest is the longest-running annual international TV song competition.
Each participating country submits an original song to be performed on live television and radio and then casts votes for the other countries' songs to determine the competition's winning entry. The contest has been broadcast every year for sixty-two years, since its inauguration in 1956, and is one of the longest-running television programmes. It is also one of the most watched non-sporting events in the world.

UK's entry is better than last year, but still pretty generic. Maybe top 30.

Ayy the UK got only 3 points.

Its a shame that Germany got 0 in the public vote. Their song was pretty good IMO. I haven't watched Madonna singing but I'm assured it was trash.

For this year yes.

This is the song that won:

It didn't stand out at all from my point of view.

Australia's scenic appearance was amazing:

And France song is the only one I actually heard becoming a radio hit within the last few weeks:

Norway had the most points from the public:

There were many great songs this year. Even the second semifinal was at the level of a final.

Certainly going to find myself humming most of them.
